A forward-thinking company is seeking an experienced HSQE and ESG Strategy Manager to lead health, safety, quality, environmental and ESG initiatives. This strategic role offers the opportunity to shape compliance, sustainability, and social responsibility within a dynamic and innovative organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSQE policies, systems, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001 standards.
  • Lead ESG strategies, embedding sustainability into operations and decision-making.
  • Oversee audits, risk assessments, and incident prevention.
  • Produce ESG reports and engage with stakeholders.

About You:

  • Proven experience in HSQE and ESG roles (manufacturing or construction preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and ESG frameworks.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (IOSH/IEMA membership desirable).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
