Senior Project Manager – Leeds

Approach Personnel are partnering with our long standing client to recruit a Senior Project Manager. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Operations and on-site team.

Duties

Providing insight and knowledge to the team and projects based on a proven track record of running efficient and profitable programmes of works, maintaining full compliance to Health and Safety legislation
Effectively creating and maintaining the highest standards of service, encouraging high quality performance and results
Oversee the site team, including members of management on the day-to-day running of projects and co-ordination and monitoring of subcontractors and suppliers
Actively create professional working relationships and lines of communication between clients, suppliers, and the team
High Rise, Multiroom, Apartments, Student Accommodation experience ideal

Salary Details

- Annual salary of £70,000 - £80,000 d.o.e

- Car Allowance

- Company Pension

- 32 Annual Leave Days incl. Bank Holidays
