What You'll Do:
As a Property Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing essential support in the day-to-day operations of our property management team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Property Management Support:
- Assist with the coordination of property inspections, ensuring they meet required standards.
- Manage tenant communications, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle lease renewals, tenancy agreements, and documentation for new tenants.
- Organize property maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Oversee move-in and move-out processes, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants.
Administrative duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including tenancy details, contracts, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting, tracking rental payments, and processing invoices.
- Prepare and distribute property-related correspondence to tenants, contractors, and clients.
Client & Tenant Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any tenant complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Organize property viewings for prospective tenants and follow up on leads.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (experience with property management systems is a plus).
- A strong understanding of tenancy laws and regulations is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to tasks and challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Professional and confident with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
