We are looking for a Property Coordinator to join our growing team and help manage our diverse portfolio of properties. What You'll Do:
As a Property Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing essential support in the day-to-day operations of our property management team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Property Management Support:

  • Assist with the coordination of property inspections, ensuring they meet required standards.
  • Manage tenant communications, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Handle lease renewals, tenancy agreements, and documentation for new tenants.
  • Organize property maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Oversee move-in and move-out processes, ensuring smooth transitions for tenants.

Administrative duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including tenancy details, contracts, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting, tracking rental payments, and processing invoices.
  • Prepare and distribute property-related correspondence to tenants, contractors, and clients.

Client & Tenant Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any tenant complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Organize property viewings for prospective tenants and follow up on leads.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (experience with property management systems is a plus).
  • A strong understanding of tenancy laws and regulations is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to tasks and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Professional and confident with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
