We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while fostering a strong culture of safety and sustainability.

As the HSE Manager, you will work closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to identify and mitigate risks, enhance workplace safety, and promote environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and programs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and lead accident investigations, implementing corrective actions.
  • Deliver engaging training programs to ensure employee awareness and compliance.
  • Oversee environmental management initiatives, including waste reduction and sustainability projects.
  • Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain accurate HSE records.
  • Lead emergency preparedness efforts and coordinate response plans.
  • Foster a positive safety culture, encouraging feedback and participation from all levels.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of HSE management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar certification (highly desirable).
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE management tools.
