Shifts: Rotating Shifts - 6am-2pm / 11- 19.00 (Weekly Rotation)

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working across rotating shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Record production data and report any irregularities to supervisors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or machine-operating role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work across rotating shifts
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move products when required.
