Procurement Administrator

Our client is a forward thinking, highly successful Managed IT company based on the outskirts of Leeds with easy access to the M62 corridor. They are currently looking for a candidate with an interest in IT to join a busy team, producing quotations and supporting them with any admin requirements. 

This is the perfect entry level role with excellent progression opportunities for the right person. 

Key Details

  • Monday - Friday 9-5.30 or 8.45-5.15
  • Office Based Only
  • Free Onsite Parking, easy access to Motorway Network. 
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email and face to face
  • Provide clients with information by answering questions and requests
  • Order IT equipment and manage the process
  • Send quotes to clients, liaise with vendors, track orders and update records in Connectwise.
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
  • The ability to maintain accurate records
  • The ability to work independently
  • Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify areas for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
  • Escalate finance and accounting issues to the Accounts manager as required
