Are you an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to develop your career with a Tier 2 main contractor? While experience in RC frame high-rise projects is desirable, it is not essential-what matters most is your drive, attention to detail, and willingness to learn!

Your Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Commercial & Contractual Support: Assist in pricing, measurement, and negotiation of variations while supporting overall cost control.
Cost Monitoring & Reporting: Help track project financials, identify discrepancies, and contribute to financial reporting.
Subcontractor Management: Assist in preparing subcontractor orders and ensuring approvals are met.
Pre-Contract & Site Meetings: Attend meetings with senior staff and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Site & Office Coordination: Work closely with contract managers and site teams to support the efficient delivery of all project aspects.
