Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cost advice and management for mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects. This role involves working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for mechanical and electrical components of construction projects.
* Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements.
* Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and project managers.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
* Provide expert advice on cost-saving measures and value engineering.

Qualifications:
