We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager in delivering this high-profile manufacturing expansion project. The role will involve overseeing project delivery under the JCT suite of contracts, managing stakeholder communication, coordinating with the construction team, and ensuring that the project meets its time, quality, and budget objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Project Manager in all aspects of project delivery.
- Manage contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with JCT contract requirements.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and address any issues proactively.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Oversee cost control, quality assurance, and risk management processes.
- Assist in leading site meetings and inspections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the manufacturing, industrial, or commercial sectors.
- Strong understanding and experience with JCT contracts.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
