The Project Quantity Surveyors' role
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor looking to lead from the front. You'll manage projects from day one - spanning commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors - while playing a pivotal role in cost strategy, client relationships, and overall delivery.
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work closely with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors across the full project lifecycle - from cost planning and procurement through to contract negotiation and final accounts. You'll also support business development and mentor junior team members, positioning yourself for a fast-track move to Senior level.

The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
You will have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
- Ideally MRICS or actively working towards APC completion
- Experience leading projects across a variety of sectors
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
- Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
