Its a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to really test themselves and find out what they really can do working on a project that excites them. It’s also a chance to really develop themselves with one of the most UKs respected and leading contractors on a permanent or freelance basis earning between £60,000 - £70,000 per year + package/benefits or a day rate between £300-£400 per day.

The Project:

In the heart of Leeds, this is a high-end RC frame development. Current stage in the ground and requires additional management due to the business winning extra work that is due to start across the Yorkshire region. You would report directly to a very experience Project Manager who will offer the best support & guidance, helping you to make this project a major success ,which will look great on any CV! you will be managing several subcontractor packages, chairing subcontractor progress meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality from the groundworks all the way to completion, so will require knowledge from Construction Management, Ideally fit out of live packages across high rise residential, multiple occupancy builds, student accommodation etc.

Must Haves:

  • Knowledge in groundworks and RC
  • CSCS
