The Role

We are actively recruiting a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on projects using either JCT and/or NEC 3/4 contracts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of clients and deliver projects across a variety of sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a varied and engaging position with significant responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally consultancy-side
  • Proven experience managing projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • MRICS accreditation or be actively working towards completing their APC.
