Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Leeds (West Yorkshire - 4 days on site and 1 day at home)
Day Rate: £450 - £500 inside IR35 (rate negotiable for the right candidate)
Contract Length: 12 months (with a view to extend)

Our client is an international main contractor within infrastructure across rail, highways, water, construction, and power. With a multi-billion-pound orderbook of projects spanning the next decade, this is the place to shape, and excel your career as a Quantity Surveyor.
Working on a longstanding civils project, as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you have the opportunity to contribute to a driven commercial team lead by a supportive and commercially astute Commercial Manager.
The Role
This role offers a long term multi year opportunity to become established in a major infrastructure project. With a heavy focus on managing subcontractors in a Tier 1 environment, this is your opportunity to add a respected and established name to your CV.
Having a fantastic culture based off delivering infrastructure projects for over a century, you will be able to learn and constantly grow your skills from Commercial Managers and Commercial Directors alike.

This role is perfect if you’re looking for your first contract position or are already an experienced contractor looking for a long-term role.
What you will need
You will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in:
- NEC contracts
- Rail/ General civils/ Heavy civils
- Main contractor background
Ideally you will be able to hit the ground running and immediately set out your stall to perform monthly duties from cost value reconciliation’s to subcontractor management.
