Temporary Leasing Administrator - £13/13.50p/h - Leeds, LS12

Weekly Pay - PAYE - Immediate Start

My client, an emerging build to rent company, require the urgent support of a leasing administrator to support their leasing team at their flagship site in the heart of Manchester. Their stylish, modern and spacious apartments have exceptional amenities offering a safe place to call home amongst the hustle and bustle of city centre living. Their expertly managed team offers everything needed for a stress-free lifestyle.

Your role will be crucial in supporting a busy leasing department to ensure that their high standards of customer service are maintained.

Duties will include:

  • Respond to online and email enquiries
  • Ensure all data is updated
  • Answer and redirect phone calls
  • Conduct referencing checks
  • Communicate effectively between departments
  • General administration - arranging initial viewings, move ins/outs and conducting tenancy administration

What we need from you:

  • Proven administration/customer service experience
  • Leasing, lettings or property experience desirable
  • An excellent team worker and communicator who is able to build positive working relationships with colleagues, tenants and clients.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
