Description
- Leasehold and Service charge management
- Manage and oversee properties to ensure they are maintained in an optimal state.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Handle financial matters such as rent collection and budgeting.
- Coordinate and manage property maintenance tasks.
- Deal with tenant issues and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with property regulations and legislation.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Provide regular property performance reports.

A successful Property Manager should have:
