We are seeking a talented Property Director / Head of Estates to join our team and help manage and grow our property portfolio. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition and strategic management of various properties across the UK, including depots and industrial units. You will report directly to the Property Manager and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive the expansion and optimisation of our estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the property portfolio, including the acquisition of new sites.
  • Oversee the ongoing management, renewal, and disposal of properties.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal teams.
  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance and key opportunities.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in property management and acquisitions, ideally within the industrial or logistics sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Based in London or Leeds, with some travel to the head office in Leeds.
