Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are currently working with a highly successful company based in central Leeds. Working with multiple successful estate agencies around the UK, my client offers a service which allows them to stay in control of their sales pipeline whilst providing assistance in multiple areas. Since opening their doors over 20 years ago, they have significantly grown as a business and are looking to expand their team due to success.

They are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join them on a full time and permanent basis. This is the perfect role for someone who has experience of working towards targets or KPI’s either in an office or retail/hospitality environment. You will be joining a friendly and energetic team who love to work with motivated, driven and organised individuals who are eager to work in a busy sales environment,

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Outbound sales of a specific service to clients on behalf of the country’s leading independent estate agencies
  • Build and maintain professional working relationships with all estate agents to ensure that all goals are achieved for both the business and their business partners
  • Proactively manage your own workload ensuring that all objectives are achieved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Working towards targets and KPI’s whilst planning and coordinating efficiently
  • Providing exceptional service to all of the business’s clients
  • Communicating with businesses and other staff members to ensure everything runs smoothly

Experience Required:

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
  • Exceptional communicator with a proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Client focused with the ability to quickly create and maintain positive working
  • Persuasive and articulate
  • Sound understanding of the property market
  • Experience of working in a high volume environment
