- Monday-Friday / 9am-5pm (Job Share would also be considered)
- Based onsite - Kirkstall, Leeds
- Salary - circa £25,000 per annum
- Professionally and promptly meet and greet all clients, visitors, and internal guests
- Keep the front desk, meeting rooms, and client lounge area neat and tidy
- Coordinate the electronic meeting room booking system
- Liaise with PA's and Legal Advisers to understand meeting requirements
- Set up, prepare, and clear meeting rooms and boardrooms
- Answer phone calls and transfer calls and queries
- Monitor and maintain the client suite
- Process invoices and respond to internal personnel changes
- Arrange conference calls, video conferences, and taxi bookings
- Manage stocks and catering supplies
- Provide support for postal, reprographics, and other duties
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
