Are you looking for a varied administration role where you can also put your customer service and communications skills to good use? In this client facing Receptionist role, you will be responsible for managing administrative duties, meeting and greeting clients and answering calls for this Kirkstall based business. If you have previous experience in a varied administrative role and have a professional and friendly manner, then this role might just be for you. General Details:
  • Full-time / Permanent
  • Monday-Friday / 9am-5pm (Job Share would also be considered)
  • Based onsite - Kirkstall, Leeds
  • Salary - circa £25,000 per annum
Responsibilities include:
  • Professionally and promptly meet and greet all clients, visitors, and internal guests
  • Keep the front desk, meeting rooms, and client lounge area neat and tidy
  • Coordinate the electronic meeting room booking system
  • Liaise with PA's and Legal Advisers to understand meeting requirements
  • Set up, prepare, and clear meeting rooms and boardrooms
  • Answer phone calls and transfer calls and queries
  • Monitor and maintain the client suite
  • Process invoices and respond to internal personnel changes
  • Arrange conference calls, video conferences, and taxi bookings
  • Manage stocks and catering supplies
  • Provide support for postal, reprographics, and other duties
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Positive and professional demeanour
