The Role -
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of schools across the Leeds region, building long-term relationships with key contacts and making regular client visits. This is a 360° recruitment role where you’ll work with both existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate -
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience within education recruitment is essential
- Based in or within commutable distance to central Leeds
- Strong business development skills and a passion for building relationships
- A confident, proactive individual who thrives in a target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A team player with ambition and drive
