We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of clients and industries. This is a people-focused role requiring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Role responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
  • Write and post job advertisements on various platforms and social media.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, referrals).
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process including interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain and update candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs related to placements, interviews, and business development.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, or similar role (agency or in-house).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • A positive attitude and a drive to achieve targets.
