They have split their divisions to have a team of 360 Recruitment Consultants who work in typical recruitment fashion and a Client Services team who work with long term retained clients to meet their recruitment needs.
The Role
- This role is working with the client services team meaning you are only working with existing clients from day 1 who have paid a retainer to have all their recruitment needs met by Andersen James
- Recruiting/ Sourcing/ Head-Hunting top talent on behalf of clients
- Consulting between candidates and clients - coaching them on the interview process, gathering feedback, managing expectations and negotiating offers
- Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders in client businesses
- Understanding client needs and helping shape their talent acquisition strategy
- Working towards headcount and placement targets as well as other typical recruitment KPIs
