The Role:

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies
Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
Market mapping and identifying new business opportunities
Working towards monthly revenue and promotion targets
Managing your candidate database
Becoming a subject matter expert within your recruitment specialism

The Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 degree OR sales experience OR commercial experience
Ambition and drive
Strong time management, efficiency, and work ethic
Excellent communication skills
