The Role:

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
  • Market mapping and identifying new business opportunities
  • Working towards monthly revenue and promotion targets
  • Managing your candidate database
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within your recruitment specialism

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree OR sales experience OR commercial experience
