The company is an international search firm specialising in leadership search across Financial Services, Insurance and Legal sectors in the UK,Europe & North America.

Joining as a Headhunter, you will receive extensive training and have the opportunity to work across all sector practices on 6 weekly rotations. You will then progress into a Consultant role, become a market expert in your chosen sector.

The firm has experienced impressive growth since their management buyout in 2021 and are now in the process of establishing their first US office in New York.

The Role:

  • Market mapping.
  • Telephoning/meeting candidates and clients, looking to develop professional relationships.
  • Sourcing talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Headhunting, chasing referrals, writing job adverts, utilising internal database and networking.
  • Working on behalf of candidates and clients.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree from University
  • Ambition and a willingness to learn.
  • Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships, part-time jobs or sporting achievements.
  • Inherent competitive nature.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
