Description
- Review the current Conversion Strategy and Conversion Communications Plan.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure streamlined admission processes.
- Working closely with the Marketing, Communications and Recruitment team to ensure that clear actions are in place, ensuring that accountabilities and responsibilities are in place for each action.
- Monitor, report and analyse recruitment and admissions data to inform decision making.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- A review of the Clearing preparation for 2025/26 by reviewing the previous years Clearing Strategy.
- Providing advice on the clearing strategy, to set targets and review currently planned activity leading up to results day.
- Providing recommendations for how this institution can improve performance and reduce attrition.
- Review all previous activity post results to enrolment, including late entry in order to maximise each application / potential applicant.
Profile
A successful 'Interim Student Recruitment and Admissions Project Manager' should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions at a senior level or as a consultant.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- The ability to analyse data and use it to inform strategy.
