I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation in Leeds for a Internal Recruiter to join their team.

As an Internal Recruiter, you will support the hiring process by:

• Coordinating interviews and scheduling meetings
• Managing candidate applications and maintaining databases
• Liaising with hiring managers
• Drafting job adverts and assisting with onboarding
• Handling general HR and administrative tasks

• Previous experience in recruitment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
