- Build and manage strong client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from business development to offer negotiation and after-care.
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates across Admin, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance.
- Stay on top of market trends to provide a consultative approach, delivering expert advice and talent insights.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (ideally in white-collar perm, but open to other sectors).
- Strong business development skills and a consultative approach to client management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- A full UK driving licence (travel to client sites required).
