Business Development Manager, Yorkshire, 50,000 - 60,000 per annum + Car, Bonus
Cast UK are recruiting for a leading global logistics provider, specialising in comprehensive air, sea, road and warehouse solutions. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in logistics, freight forwarding, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within multi-model logistics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct strategic market analysis to drive business growth
- Develop and present tailored logistics solutions for clients
- Manage tenders, pricing negotiations, and contract agreements
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers to operations
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Track sales performance and prepare monthly reports
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in business-to-business sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret market trends and data
Renumeration:
50,000 - 60,000 per annum + Car, Bonus
