Are you a dynamic and versatile leader with a passion for hospitality, wellness, and exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a General Manager to oversee two exciting and distinct businesses:

  • A Wellbeing Studio offering Yoga and Pilates classes, spa treatments, and wellness experiences.
  • A Dessert Café serving a variety of treats, from ice cream to cakes.

In this unique dual role, you will have the opportunity to manage and grow both businesses, ensuring they thrive while maintaining their individual identities.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily operations across both venues, maintaining high standards in service, compliance, and site safety.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and develop pricing strategies to meet profitability goals.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Drive brand awareness through promotions, events, and local partnerships while using customer insights to enhance offerings.
  • Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to all legal, health, and safety regulations, and manage inventory, vendor relationships, and administrative tasks.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar General Manager role, ideally within hospitality or wellness (e.g. cafes, dessert shops, fitness/wellness studios etc)
  • Strong background in people management and leadership.
  • Demonstrated Operations expertise with knowledge of compliance, H&S, financial oversight etc.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
