The Job Role
- An Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the full restaurant service for hotel residents and external guests
- Managing the day to day running of thisbeautiful restaurant, including administrative responsibilities
- Assistant Restaurant Manager required to inspire, lead and develop an enthusiastic team
The Requirements
- A current Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor within a high- quality, restaurant or hotel setting
- Have the ability to lead from the front and be "the face" of the dining room
- A real passion for food and hospitality is a must
- The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have excellent attention to detail
- Wine knowledge is desired, but not essential
