- Create and lead a high performing team to grow the branch in line with business strategy, business expectations and branch targets.

You will have
To be successful as Branch Manager, you will be an experienced manager with a healthy mix of the following:
- Leadership.
- Communication and teamwork.
- Customer focus.
- Judgement and decision making.
- Employee development.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience managing a variety of previous contracts successfully and having knowledge of the requirements for Operational and Commercial management roles within a Branch
You will get
As Branch Manager, you will receive salary of £60K-£75K + Car+ Bonus + Benefits
- Car allowance 6.5k a year or company car
- Branch bonus payable 5% - 20% of the persons salary based on performance.
