About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading security solutions provider, for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This role is critical to driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting a range of solutions, including Electronic Security, Manned Guarding and FM services.

This recruitment has come around due to an exciting growth plan, we are looking for experienced professionals across the UK and people who are new to their security career, our partner is expanding rapidly and needs great people!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within target sectors, expanding the client base and generating revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their security needs are understood and met.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with business objectives, including setting targets and analysing market trends.
  • Proposal Development: Create tailored proposals and presentations, collaborating with technical teams to ensure offerings are aligned with client requirements.
  • Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to build brand presence and develop valuable connections.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in new business
  • Experience in security preferable, manned guarding extremely desirable
  • Experience selling labour hours etc
  • Right to work in UK and clear history
  • Driven, dynamic and adaptable – our partner is a fast-growing business with an exciting changing landscape
