Are you a professional and dynamic Business Development Manager with a passion for technology? We're seeking motivated individuals to join a successful team, driving sales for a leading SaaS LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) software used in QC testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote and sell software and services. Tailor sales pitches to address specific client needs.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and offering tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the software, products, and services.
  • Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas. Develop strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals.
  • Solution Customization: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and propose customized solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting how offerings can solve their problems.
  • Pricing and Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company standards.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales forecasts. Report on progress to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Humanities, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in software, SaaS, or LIMS sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the technology and services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
