They cover a wide range of sectors thereforeyou would not be restricted to one market or geographical location, and this is a flexible hybrid role in which you manage your own week/diary in terms of being office based and out and about seeing customers/networking etc. Some of their big growth sectors include construction, property development, transport engineering etc
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and prospecting potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and negotiating and closing deals. The role is located in Leeds with flexibility for remote work.

You would be responsible for driving new business opportunities through a self generated pipeline, however would have full support and training from the wider team in order to allow you to focus on converting those opportunities.
What you'll get in return
In terms of renumeration salary, the base salary for this role is up to £25k and a very realistic double OTE within your first year in terms of commission.
This is paid on all revenue generated and is processed the month after you close the deal, so again an attractive scheme in terms of being able to know month by month what the uplift in your salary would be. Top performing BDM's in this industry generally earn anywhere between £120k - to £150k per annum so the world is your oyster!
