£35,000 - £40,000 Per Annum + OTE + Car Allowance

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing company in the Security Solutions and Facilities Management sector, based in Leeds City Centre.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and securing new business, while working for a company known for delivering high-quality services across the UK.

The Role:

• Find and develop new business opportunities in the security and facilities market.

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Create and present tailored service proposals.

• Work with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Keep your sales pipeline and CRM system updated.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B Sales

• Confident communicator and skilled relationship builder.

• Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused.

• Knowledge of the Leeds/Yorkshire market would be a bonus.
