We are seeking an experienced Marketing Account Manager to join the Harrison Spinks marketing team based at our The Innovation Centre, Beeston, Leeds.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, The Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Spinks and Harrison Spinks Export marketing plan.

The Marketing Account Manager will support Spinks with their current brand planning and positioning work, and then transfer that across all touchpoints and support Harrison Spinks Export team with their ambitious plans to bring the HS brand to an international market, with the implementation of the HS brand into overseas stores.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday Thursday, between the hours of 8am 5pm & Friday 8am 1pm

Key Duties include:

  • Develop and execute two distinct marketing strategies for Spinks and HS Export
  • Oversee the implementation of these marketing strategies with the team and wider business.
  • Set strategic priorities and quarterly objectives/goals
  • Work with and inspire the marketing and graphics teams to support your needs
  • Develop branded content for both areas of the business to help our sales teams tell our unique story.
  • Oversee the digital marketing strategy including social media to ensure its perfectly aligned to the wider marketing strategy.
  • Review changes to the market, consumer trends and competitor activity, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
  • Produce and implement marketing campaigns in line with the overarching strategy.
  • Identify key events for the business to attend and provide marketing support, for example trade shows.
  • Provide adhoc marketing and creative support to the wider business.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Potential overseas travel to trade exhibitions

Key Skills & Experience:

As an experienced and passionate Marketing Account Manager, you will possess excellent understanding of print and POS practices and be able to demonstrate examples of experience working in B2B Marketing, ideally in technical/manufacturing industries.

You will be a personable & exceptional communicator, who is confident to deliver and communicate marketing strategies, whilst having a confident approach in managing websites and social media platforms.

As a self-motivated and hands on individual, you will be comfortable working individually and part of a wider team who is driven to achieve KPIs and targets, whilst demonstrating resilience and a passion for growth for two different areas of the business.

Competency in 2nd European language is advantageous but not essential.
