This exciting position requires experience in effective labor planning, managing, and controlling mobile service vans, while supporting the administration functions of a busy depot team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Handle urgent assistance requests and provide updates on information.
- Coordinate all installation, repair, service, and maintenance works on customer sites across the north
- Manage and control mobile service vans, ensuring efficient labor planning.
- Support the depot team with various administrative functions.
- Coordinate mobile engineers for attendance at client sites
