As the first point of contact for clients, the Service Repair Coordinator plays a critical role in providing a professional, organised, and positive welcome. This exciting position requires experience in effective labor planning, managing, and controlling mobile service vans, while supporting the administration functions of a busy depot team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Handle urgent assistance requests and provide updates on information.
  • Coordinate all installation, repair, service, and maintenance works on customer sites across the north
  • Manage and control mobile service vans, ensuring efficient labor planning.
  • Support the depot team with various administrative functions.
  • Coordinate mobile engineers for attendance at client sites

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in working to demanding deadlines.
  • A can-do attitude with a creative mind and high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with customers at all levels.
