Company Overview – Service Repair Coordinator
Our Client is currently looking for a Service Repair Coordinator to join their small and highly valued team.

Service Repair Coordinator Role and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling urgent assistance requests or providing updates on information.
- Coordinate engineers to attend client sites across the region for industrial and commercial door services, including loading bay equipment.
- Responsible for the coordination of all installation, repair, service, and maintenance work at customer sites across the North Central region.
- Support administration functions for busy depot.
Service Repair Coordinator Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to work effectively to demanding deadlines.
- Positive, "can-do" attitude with a solution-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Must be within a commutable distance to the office, attending in-person 5 days a week.
