Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for students with behavioural and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized behaviour management strategies.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students' educational needs are met.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and record students' progress and behaviour.
- Encourage social and emotional development through structured activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in working with children or young people, particularly in a behavioural support capacity.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to making a difference in students' lives.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and promoting positive behaviour.
- Experience with E.H.C.P's
