Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural needs.
- Implement behaviour management strategies and interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and monitor behaviour plans.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school environment.
- Assist in crisis situations and de-escalate conflicts using Team Teach techniques.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Team Teach qualification is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
