As a support worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and assistance to children, helping them thrive and grow.
About the Role:
- Rate: £12.00 per hour
- Hours: Dependent on the client

Your Responsibilities:
- Commit to your shifts and ensure continuity of care year-round.
- Follow the care plan, be punctual, and responsive.
- Support individuals in their daily activities, promoting independence and well-being.
- Assist with personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to address challenging behaviours.
- Build positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience: Previous experience working with children with Learning Disabilities and Complex Care.
- Commitment: Must have at least 6 months of UK care experience and the right to work in the UK.
- DBS Certificate: An up-to-date DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service. If you need to apply for a new DBS, we can support you with this.
- CV: An up-to-date CV with all employment history.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and an understanding approach.
- Commitment to Assignments: To ensure structure and stability for our service users, we need individuals who can commit to recurring days of the week.
