Role: Support Worker We are seeking a fun, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging in activities with our service users and be committed to making a positive impact in their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and participate in a range of activities, including arts and crafts, games, and social events.
  • Support service users in developing social skills and building friendships.
  • Assist with organising and supervising community outings and special occasions.
  • Provide compassionate and respectful support to individuals with varying needs.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all service users at all times.
