In this pivotal role, youll take charge of sales efforts, from dealing with incoming enquiries and leads, negotiating deals to closing sales and delivering outstanding client service. Youll be at the forefront of operations, with the opportunity to conduct team valuations alongside the Valuer, overseeing the entire sales process and onboarding of properties.

The package
  • Up to £35,000 basic salary per annum + bonus
  • Up to £45,000 OTE (uncapped)
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 17:30 + 1 in 2 Saturday 9:00 12:30
  • Generous holiday allowance + birthday day off

The role
  • Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve and surpass targets, driving performance and maintaining high standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Utilise your strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure the best outcomes for both clients and the company.
