Job Purpose
As a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner, you will deliver and embed evidence-based, person-centred interventions that improve quality of life and reduce behaviours that challenge. Working within the Systemic PBS Model and Framework, you will ensure support is proactive, ethical, and empowering.
As a PBS Practitioner, you will work alongside our dedicated Specialist Support Team a collaborative group of professionals committed to delivering transformative support through our tiered PBS model. Together, we drive innovation, embed best practices, and ensure every person we support has the opportunity to live safely, happily, and successfully.
