NextGen Teachers are currently working with a Specialist Provision located in Leeds who are seeking to recruit full-time Teaching Assistants to support there pupils with Complex needs starting ASAP for temporary to permanent contracts.

This provision caters for pupils across the Primary and Secondary age range who have a range of Complex needs including: ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD, PMLD and who are non-verbal.

The role of an ASD Support Assistant in this school will be to:

  • Support pupils in the classroom on a day to day basis.
  • Working with multiple pupils and supporting students with 1-2-1 support and Intervention.
  • Support pupils with their holistic development in line with there Educational Health Care Plans.
  • Supporting and managing the behaviour of the students.
