Role Overview:
- Provide tailored support to students with varying levels of additional needs, from mild to severe.
- Implement and monitor Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
- Assist in planning and delivering lessons, and lead small group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or direct experience working with students with additional needs.
- Additional training in special education is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
