NextGen Teachers are exciting to be recruiting for a full-time HLTA at one of our SEN Schools based in Leeds. This schools caters for children between 4-16 years who have; Autism, ADHD, Global Delay, Cognitive delay, Social and Emotional needs.

The school are looking for a candidate who has experience as a HLTA and extensive experience with pupils with Special Educational Needs and who is passionate about making a difference.

Pupils at this school are working to a Early Years / Primary curriculum and are looking for a HLTA who has experience with planning and delivering fun and engaging lessons to SEN learners.

In order to be shortlisted for this position candidates must have:

  • Degree or HLTA Qualification - Qualified Teachers can also apply for this role
  • Experience as a HLTA and working with SEN pupils
  • DBS on the update service
  • 2x professional references
  • ASAP availability
