�? The Role:-
Plan and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with a range of additional needs (SEMH, ASC, MLD, etc.)

Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and therapists to create an inclusive and positive learning environment

Track and celebrate student progress, using EHCPs and individual learning plans

Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Experience working with children with SEN (in mainstream or specialist settings)

Excellent communication and behaviour management skills

A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach

A strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies
